These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Best Practice Exam mobile application (“Service”), operated by Best Practice Exam (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse, copy, distribute, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

Subscription Terms

Best Practice Exam offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Available subscription plans:

Best Practice Exam Premium – Quarterly

• Length: 3 months

• Price: $39.99 per 3 months

Best Practice Exam Premium – Lifetime 

• Length: one-time

• Price: $69.99 life

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Best Practice Exam and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Practice Exam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective once posted. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
